Cooking Parties, Corporate Team building or Cooking School. You can Find it all at Woodhaven Farm
During the summer months the group of ladies that I play Bunco with take a summer break from Bunco, but not from fun. Out of the 12 regular members and our sub list there are about 20 of us. On our normal meeting night during the summer we pick a place for something different and fun to do.
Several of the ladies have been to Woodhaven Farm in Johnstown Ohio and have participated in her cooking classes. We thought this would be a great evening! We were right. We had a blast. There were 8 of us who went, and I know we will all be back. Her farm is located on 10 acres of land and atmosphere is so relaxing and peaceful.
Chef Tami is a hoot. She has everything set up for us when we get there. We were allowed to bring our own wine to drink and she encourages us to have fun, chat and cook. We teamed up in pairs and each station had a recipe for the evening and all the ingredients we would need for that recipe.
Instruction from Chef Tami was there if we needed it. We had salad, appetizer, main course with 2 sides and dessert. Everything was fantastic!
Be sure to check out the Woodhaven Farm web site if you are interested in corporate team building events (yeah…I think I’d like that better than some of the obstacle course team build events I hear about! lol) cooking classes or cooking parties (like what we had).

great…

Sandy,
I have been to two bachelorette party cooking parties at your home before. I just recently got engaged and was wondering if you ever have weddings at your farm? I just really enjoyed your venue and I am just looking around for options. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for commenting Cassandra, but this is not my farm, I just posted on it. I think I have the contact information in the blog post that you can contact her. Best of luck with your wedding!
